Amidst the COVID-19 virus, we are facing uncertain times in our personal and professional lives. The lack of understanding and control is creating significant amounts of anxiety for us all and it’s important that we have a confidential, safe space to utilise as an outlet for this anxiety.

YAFTA Consultancy will be offering online therapeutic support sessions for those who are feeling stressed and overwhelmed by the current situation. There are specific groups for people struggling with different factors so please ensure that you choose the correct group for you.
